D's, DO, Due Strategy

The strategy I chose to do was D's, Due, Do. I used that strategy for my SOC 248 and PHI 107 class. I chose to use this strategy because sometime I can be an procrastinator and using this strategy it laid out what I need to do for my assignments, when I needed to start my assignments, and when it was due. I had to adapt using this strategy because it help me get used to spacing out a time frame of when to do it and finishing my assignments early.

After applying this strategy to my planner for my homework, I think it was a big success for me to accomplish my work. This strategy is helping me break a bad habit of waiting until the last minute to complete my assignments.

  1. I also choose to pick this strategy. I think that this strategy is helping me and CJ with some of the same problems. I have a big problem with procrastination, and this helps me lay out all of my assignments to see when they are due. I also like it because like CJ, it gets me used to doing my assignments early and gives me time to finish it without waiting till last minute. I recently just used this strategy to finish this first blog.

  2. I am the same way with CJ in the way that I know that i can acknowledge the fact that I have bad habits when it comes to waiting until the last minute to do work and the Do and dues are a good way to know when you have to do things so that you can get things done in a timely fashion and not rushing last minute.

  3. I use the same strategy and agree that it helps to lay out all your assignments at the beginning of the week. Especially if you’re a procrastinator like I am too this strategy helps a lot. It is also important to know your schedule so you know when you can do your work at what time during the day and week.
