Since this week we can blog and post about whatever we want I chose to talk about how the PROJECT this week went. This week I knew I had to get a lot of my assignment done before the weekend because I wanted to be able to hang out with friends for halloween festivities. I met with doctor Blumin to start getting my paper done and the steps of the project. The part that really helped me get started was my graphic organizer. Seeing it in the chart and laid out part by part really helped.
The thing I struggled the most with was the source outline. I thought that the hardest part was understanding what exactly you were looking for. I was not clear on what we were being evaluated on and that was the only thing that really tripped me up.
To make sure i
got the assignment in on time i made the DO and DUES on my agenda so that I could have plenty of time to get it in. And hopefully get it finished so that I could get extra credit!
Good post John! It was a smart idea to meet with Dr. Blumin and it seemed that it helped you a lot with your assignment. I also did the D's Due and Do and found it effective as well.
ReplyDeleteYeah i agree with powderly comment about meeting with Dr. Blumin because when she first taught me the strategy i didn't stop using it since.
ReplyDeleteJohnathon Stratton, I agree with Patrick when he says good idea to meet with Dr. Blumin. I also met with her last week as you know since you were in there at the same time and I feel that it was very effective. I also like the D's Do and Due as well as I used the same strategy. Keep up the fantastic work!
