The strategy i used was Ranking Priorities. I used this strategy for PHI 107 and SOC 248. This was a strategy for me to figure out what assignments i had coming out and see what was the more important one for me to start with. I usually do what's assignment is do first but this was different to do the more important assignment first. I had to adapt using this strategy because ranking these assignments on a chart help me determine which one was more important to start with and i could do a check list to mark off the assignments i did.I think this strategy was a good one, it has it pros and cons but overall i felt it useful because it made it easier on my week. As the week went on my work started to get easier and I didn't have to stress so much towards the weekend.
I also used this technique but chose not to blog about it. I like this strategy just as I like the ranking priorities because it gives you an idea of what you should do first, and what is less important. I like how CJ just did two classes in one chart. I would do it that way also and make two or 3 charts to keep them seperate.
ReplyDeleteI like how Cj laid out his priorities. I had mine laid out in a list but I like how he had his in three different columns based on the three lettters. I had the same thoughts in how I decided what is important and what is less needed. Both of us decided that what is due first is more important than what is due later. I also agree with as the week went on that it got easier and easier so me and CJ were the same in that aspect as well
ReplyDeletePat Powderly Comment: I also chose this strategy, like I think our whole group did. I think this is the best strategy that we had to pick from this week. It was a good idea for you to highlight when the assignments are due that way you know when you have to complete the assignments by.
